The Audit Committee considered that the estimated fee level may not be commensurate with the operation scale of the Group. In addition, given that GT has served as the auditor of the Company for over 9 years, the Audit Committee considered that the auditor should be rotated to enhance the independence and objectivity of the audit process. |
